When I was new to the hobby I purchased a solitaire game to occupy my time: Tokyo Express.
There was no one to help me and, fortunately, I didn't know it was complex. I just thought it was a wargame.

I bought the same game! And only ended up getting to the "push the pieces around" mode just a few times, before putting it away. Too many counters with too much stuff going on that it ended up being confusing and not really fun. Glad I'm not the only one.
